Questions

Do you take a percentage of our membership fees?

No. Members pay through your own Stripe account and the money goes straight to your bank. Stripe charges its standard card fees; MartialCloud takes nothing on top.

Is there a contract?

No long contract – the monthly plans roll month to month and you can cancel any time. Founding-club prices are fixed for 12 months.

Can we use our own domain name?

Yes. Use your existing domain, or we can register a new one for you.

We already have members on spreadsheets / another system.

Import them from a spreadsheet in a couple of minutes, and founding clubs get free help moving members and timetables across.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It’s yours. You can download your records at any time, and when you leave we give you a full export of your members, gradings and bookings, and a copy of your website.

Do members need to download an app?

No app store needed. Members open your website on their phone and add it to their home screen – it then opens full-screen like any app, with notifications.

Does it work for our martial art?

Yes – BJJ, judo, karate, taekwondo, kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing, MMA, Wing Chun, kung fu and more. Ranks can be belts, sashes, kyu/dan, stripes or numbered levels.
