This policy explains how MartialCloud uses personal information about people who visit martialcloud.co.uk, register interest, or run a club on MartialCloud.
Are you a club member? This policy doesn’t cover you. Your club decides how your information is used and is responsible for it – please read your club’s privacy notice. MartialCloud looks after that information for the club, under a written agreement and only on their instructions.

MartialCloud is a CloudCanopy service, and we are the controller for the information described here. Contact us at demo@martialcloud.co.uk.
What we collect and why

We don’t use your details for anything unrelated and we never sell them. We only send you news about MartialCloud if you’ve registered interest or are a customer, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and the register-interest form works without cookies. Club websites and the members’ app use only the cookies WordPress needs to keep people signed in.
Who we share it with
- 20i, our hosting provider, which stores this website, form submissions and emails.
- Our accountant or HMRC, for billing records, where needed.
- Professional advisers or authorities, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Register-interest details: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer.
- Customer account and support records: for the life of the subscription and 6 years after it ends, for tax and legal reasons.
- Spam-prevention data (IP addresses): kept with the enquiry, up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email demo@martialcloud.co.uk and we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We’ll post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
